The Football Coach Empowering Kota’s Young Boys and Girls- Madhu Bishnoi

Kota, Rajasthan: In a city better known across India for its education ecosystem, a different kind of learning is quietly taking place on the football field. For the past decade, Madhu Bishnoi, a sportsperson and football coach originally from Sri Ganganagar, has been working in Kota to train young footballers and encourage children especially girls to embrace the sport with confidence, discipline and determination.

Over the last ten years, Madhu has dedicated herself to grassroots football, coaching both boys and girls and helping young players understand that football is not merely a game but a powerful combination of fitness, teamwork, discipline and self-belief. According to her journey, she has helped prepare more than 25 promising football players, giving young athletes an opportunity to develop their skills and dream of competing at higher levels.

Madhu’s own connection with sport has played an important role in shaping her coaching philosophy. She places strong emphasis on physical fitness and believes that a footballer’s development goes beyond technical skills. Regular training, stamina, strength, agility and mental toughness are equally important for anyone aspiring to succeed on the field.

Building Confidence Through Football

One of the most significant aspects of Madhu’s work is her focus on girls’ participation in football. In a sporting environment where girls can sometimes face social and practical barriers, she is encouraging young players to step onto the field, train hard and compete alongside their peers.
